C.A.R.E. Coalition is a substance abuse coalition in Rocky Mount, NC offering addiction treatment and support resources made up of community members, healthcare providers, law enforcement, managed care organizations, and more. We have an open table policy and everyone is welcome. Nash UNC Health is the local high-quality health care provider for Rocky Mount and surrounding communities. Nash UNC is a nonprofit hospital affiliate of UNC Health Care, a leading national health care system.
Nash County Public School System is focused on preparing all students bright and prosperous futures by deliberately and intentionally providing rigorous and relevant instruction in every classroom, every day.
Open Door Recovery and Bailey Church of God are proud members of the CARE coalition and key partners on the NOVEL project through the HRSA/RCORP Project. Group Meetings are held on Saturday nights from 7pm-8pm at Bailey Church of God.
The NCC Small Business Center provides free, confidential counseling services for new and existing businesses.
The Nash County Sheriff's Office is dedicated to ensuring the safety of the citizens of Nash County by providing exceptional customer service. This is accomplished by serving citizens through their core values of honor, diligence, and compassion.
Eastpointe is a managed care organization (MCO) dedicated to working with individuals and families in eastern North Carolina who struggle with substance use, mental health, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Project Momentum is a 501c3 nonprofit serving Rocky Mount, NC and surrounding communities. They provide holistic services without excuses that treat the whole individual: body, mind, and spirit. Project momentum offers outpatient substance use treatment, alcohol and drug education training school, and DWI substance use assessments.
Port Health aims to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
The Rocky Mount heroin and opioid drug treatment center is one of several private drug rehabilitation clinics serving Sharpsburg, Nashville, and Red Oak, NC. The center is dedicated to helping adults overcome opioid and heroin drug addiction with methadone and counseling.
Progressive Care Services, Inc has been serving Nash, Edgecombe, Wilson, Greene, and surrounding counties since 2009. They are committed to serving the mental health and substance use population, specializing in child and adolescents service delivery. Progressive also provides outpatient services to adults and seniors.
The NC AHEC Program provides and supports educational activities and services with a focus on primary care in rural communities and those with less access to resources to recruit, train, and retain the workforce needed to create a healthy North Carolina. Located in Rocky Mount, Area L AHEC is one of nine centers in the NC AHEC program and serves Nash, Edgecombe, Halifax, Northampton, and Wilson counties.
United Way works to unite people and resources to build a stronger community. They aim to be champions of community, empowering individuals and improving lives, while striving for ideals that facilitate lasting, positive change.

Trillium Health Resources is a local governmental agency (LME/MCO) that manages serious mental health, substance use, and intellectual/developmental disability services in eastern North Carolina.
RMPD is committed to providing the highest level of police service. They aim to improve the quality of life in the community by building partnerships to reduce crime, maintain order, and create a safe environment while upholding the laws of North Carolina and the United States Constitution.

Community Impact North Carolina (CINC) is one of North Carolina's leading organizations committed to preventing alcohol and other drug harms in our communities.
NRAC is a community recovery center offering NA/AA meetings, a drug and alcohol free environment, recovery activities and events, internet/computer access, and recovery resource connection services.

For more than two decades, Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. has built patient-focused community health centers and developed a broad scope of healthcare services in eastern North Carolina counties.
The partnership is a network of like-minded people working together proactively and strategically to promote and support a community culture of health, wellness, and unity in the Twin Counties of Nash and Edgecombe, North Carolina.
Nash County Emergency Services is a dedicated group of professionals committed to making Nash County a safe place to live and work. This is accomplished through not only emergency response, but also through fire and accident prevention programs and public education.
The Anchor Holds Inc., began with the goal to help hurting people and their families. They provide private support groups online, with both family and peer support group options. The Anchor Holds Inc., also works closely with the Nash County Syringe Exchange and believe in meeting people where they are, with no judgement.
